Tomorrow.io’s Product & Engineering team is focused on building software and products at scale, from infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data to outstanding customer-centric user experiences in B2B, B2C, and B2D products that change billions of lives worldwide. We are on a mission to build the biggest weather platform in the world.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (Maternity leave replacement) to join our team! This role is focused on working on complex systems at scale, from infrastructure that handles massive amounts of data to outstanding customer-centric user experiences in B2B / B2C products that change billions of lives worldwide. You will take ownership of high-priority projects, address user needs, and deliver innovative, end-to-end design solutions that align with Tomorrow.io’s commitment to user-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Product Designer at Tomorrow.io

  • Project Oversight: Take end-to-end ownership of high-priority projects, including conducting user research, defining user needs, and offering innovative, well-designed solutions that align with Tomorrow.io's standards and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate designs effectively into broader product initiatives. Act as the design point-of-contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in these projects.
  • Design Excellence: Maintain and elevate the team's established quality standards.
  • User-Centric Solutions: Craft intuitive and visually engaging interfaces, develop wireframes and prototypes, and iterate on feedback to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions.
  • Critical product thinking This involves deep exploration and a thorough understanding of data and technology.

What you bring:

  • 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Experience working on complex, data-heavy products and turning insights into intuitive designs.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
