Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Work closely with project teams to develop visually appealing and user-friendly solutions.
- Execute all design stages from concept to final implementation.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, style guides, and site maps.
- Ensure the UI/UX aligns with business goals and user needs.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and project teams.
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into designs.
- Maintain and update style guides for consistency across the platform.
- Verify and test developed web pages for usability and accessibility compliance.
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in Axure RP/Adobe Figma for storyboarding and wireframing.
- Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and front-end design for prototyping.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects efficiently.

- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
