Optimiza is seeking a talented UI/UX Expert to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs and enhancing the overall user experience across our digital products. Your innovative designs will help shape the way users interact with our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent brand experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Develop and maintain design style guides, user interfaces, and design patterns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes.
• Advocate for the user experience within the organization and contribute to creating a user-focused culture.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or software development environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
