Responsibilities
- Hands-on in delivering great user experiences and interaction design work shipped quickly to drive our business growth
- Successfully communicate your concepts, ranging from strategy and UX concepts to UI and individual components, to a broad range of audiences
- Conduct user research to identify problems and validate designs.Quickly iterate and offer versions based on design critique from colleagues or from learnings found in user testing
- Explore and refine concepts and narrow to the best solution quickly
- Create simple, elegant solutions to complex interaction or information architecture problems
- Iterate based on findings from usability testing, experimentation and feedback from your team
Requirements
- Please provide portfolio!
- 2+ years of experience as a UX or interaction designer with demonstrable proficiency owning the design process from early stage ideation through high fidelity design to product ship
- Experience with Sketch, Adobe Creative and prototyping tools
- A portfolio demonstrating your passion for simple, intuitive, and beautiful user-centered designs
- An ability to have relentlessly high standards for design excellence within a lean, ship fast environment
- Fluency in UX, visual and interactive design best practices along with a strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques
- Experience with mobile first design along with a basic working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and native mobile technologies
