TawanTech is hiring UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

1. UI/UX Design:
• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for mobile banking applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows that translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and customer expectations.
2. Development and Implementation:
• Implement responsive and adaptive UI designs for various mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
• Use modern front-end frameworks, tools, and technologies to bring designs to life.
3. Research and Testing:
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to enhance the mobile app experience.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies in the banking industry.
4. Collaboration:
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate design ideas and receive constructive feedback to refine and optimize interfaces.
5. Performance and Optimization:
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations in the banking industry.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development for mobile applications, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
• Familiarity with mobile design guidelines for iOS and Android platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions.
• Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
• Creativity: Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to design challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
