Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise copy for feature releases, app queues, and emails.

• Develop intuitive content to explain new features and drive user engagement.
• Provide content recommendations aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive user experiences.

• Optimize content based on user feedback and analytics.

• Maintain consistency with brand voice and style across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UX writing/content strategy.

• Ability to work independently.

• Experience within the food and beverage industry would be beneficial.

• Proficiency with Figma, Google Docs, and Google Sheets.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
