UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

• Design qualitative user interfaces and exceptional user journeys that align with brand guidelines and ensure optimal user experience.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Lead projects through all stages of design from concept to launch, including storyboards, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final assets.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate design ideas clearly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in UX and user-centered design.

Requirements:

• University degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of narrative design and storytelling.
• Exceptional visual design skills and creative problem-solving ability.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of web design principles, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with data visualization and infographics is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Greek, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
