Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes for dashboard and chatbot UIs. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with frontend developers to implement designs, ensuring seamless integration into the final product. A strong focus on accessibility compliance and creating inclusive experiences is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design and create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (low/high fidelity) for web and mobile dashboards and chatbot interfaces.

·       Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure designs are effectively translated into functional applications.

·       Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and best practices, making digital products usable for all users, including those with disabilities.

·       Apply responsive design principles to create interfaces that work across various devices and screen sizes.

·       Conduct user testing and feedback sessions to validate design choices and improve user experience.

·       Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, UI frameworks, and best practices to continuously innovate.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

·       Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and other design/ prototyping tools.

·       Knowledge of UI frameworks (such as Material Design, Bootstrap, etc.).

·       Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices for inclusive design.

·       Ability to create responsive designs that work across a variety of screen sizes and devices.

·       Experience conducting user testing and utilizing feedback to enhance designs.

·       Familiarity with design principles, color theory, typography, and layout design.

·       Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Previous experience designing dashboards and chatbot UIs.

·       Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers.

·       A solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
