Qiddiya Investment Company is hiring Manager - UX Design

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager - UX Design to lead our UX design initiatives across various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing engaging user experiences that align with our vision for innovative entertainment and leisure destinations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that user needs are considered at every stage of the design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion UX strategy across the organization.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Advocate for a user-centered, data-driven design approach.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the UX Design Team.
• Oversee the execution of UX/UI design deliverables from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Ensure consistency in design systems, brand application, accessibility, and usability standards.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, brand teams, marketing, and external agencies.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, reviews, and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
• Analyse data and feedback to validate design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help define and refine UX/UI workflows, tools, and documentation standards.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience working with external agencies or managing design vendors, preferred but not essential.
• Experience in e-commerce, entertainment or tourism preferred.
