As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, modern, and user-centred experiences across all platforms. Owning the end-to-end design process, you’ll focus on research, navigation design, and the crafting of high-quality interfaces, partnering closely with the Principal Product Manager to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

In this role, you will:

  • Research: Conduct thorough research, including competitor analysis, user research, and market trends, to inform design decisions.
  • UX Design: Develop intuitive and user-centric navigation structures for desktop and mobile web/app, ensuring seamless user journeys.
  • UI Design: Create visually appealing and modern design solutions that align with our brand and user needs.
  • Design Execution: Take full ownership of the design process, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Principal Product Manager and cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and enhance designs.
  • Prototyping: Develop and iterate on prototypes to validate design concepts and ensure usability.

Requirements

  • A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI design, including designing and launching consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong grasp of user-centred design principles and modern design trends.
  • Extensive knowledge of user, market, and competitor research methods and their application in the design process.
  • Knowledge of design systems and how to evolve them to cater to diverse use cases.
  • Understanding of UX/UI design for both desktop and mobile environments.
  • Familiarity with real estate, analytical or CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
  • Competence in interpreting user and product analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Aptitude for balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Active exploration and use of AI tools and emerging design tech to improve efficiency and elevate design quality.
  • Ability to deliver measurable design outcomes.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on impact and continuous improvement.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for visual and interaction design quality.
  • Proactive and curious, always seeking opportunities to grow and improve the product.
  • Adaptable, able to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Empathetic with a deep care for creating meaningful user experiences.
