Position at First Cash
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products.
- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to iterate and improve the user experience.
- Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate design quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
- Knowledge of user research techniques and tools (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, heatmaps).
