Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to drive the design direction across a variety of innovative digital products developed by our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on designer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is excited to shape engaging user experiences across multiple platforms

What You Can Expect To Work On

• Lead Design Vision: Own the overall design direction for our suite of applications, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual and interactive experience across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
• User-Centered Approach: Conduct user research and usability testing to develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that reflect user needs and behaviors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user flows, feature requirements, and design priorities.
• High-Quality UI Design: Produce high-fidelity designs and assets with a strong focus on visual polish, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
• Iterative Design Process: Continuously refine and improve designs based on feedback, data insights, and evolving user needs.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a growing UI/UX team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment where design excellence can thrive.
• Stay Current: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX design, ensuring our products remain modern, innovative, and user-focused.

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design/ Product Designer
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for both user interface and user experience, particularly in gaming or blockchain products.
• Expertise in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io) and motion design skills are a plus.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and how to translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance on design best practices and career development.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
