Spiria is looking for a Design Practice Manager who is eager to combine leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on design expertise. Are you ready to lead a UX team while staying actively involved in crafting high-impact digital experiences? This hybrid role is made for you.
By joining Spiria, you will help shape and grow our UX practice while contributing directly to a variety of client projects. You’ll play a key role in developing our culture of design excellence and in supporting a passionate team of UX professionals.
As a Design Practice Manager, you will:
- Design intuitive and effective user interfaces
- Prototype solutions across diverse platforms and user contexts
- Guide stakeholders through UX-related challenges and decisions
- Participate in user testing and improve the overall user experience
- Support development and QA teams to ensure UX quality
- Define and evolve UX best practices
- Identify the most suitable tools and methods for design work
- Recommend strategic directions for the design practice
- Document and share UX standards across the organization
- Promote Spiria’s design expertise through blogs, events, and thought leadership
- Lead a team of UX professionals
- Set individual development goals aligned with team members' interests
- Act as a coach and mentor to foster professional growth
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding efforts
- Collaborate on strategic planning and coordinate practice-wide initiatives
The keys to your success:
- Senior-level experience (8+ years) as a UX/UI Designer.
- Experience designing solutions for both consumer and enterprise clients (B2C and B2B).
- Strong expertise in mobile and responsive interface design.
- Proficiency with the Figma Design tool.
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, with rigor, autonomy, and initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A desire to share knowledge, help others grow, and promote UX excellence.
- Bilingualism (French and English) will be considered a strong asset.

At home, at one of our offices or elsewhere, it’s up to you. If you commit to working at least half of the time in a Spiria office, you will have your own exclusive workstation.
