Role Overview

We’re seeking a user-obsessed UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, elegant experiences across our web and mobile products. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into streamlined, user-friendly interactions. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences from concept to high-fidelity UI.

• Translate user needs and business objectives into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops.

• Leverage and contribute to design systems and pattern libraries for consistency and scalability.

• Identify user pain points and propose thoughtful, data-informed design solutions.

• Iterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, and shifting product priorities.

• Document design specifications for seamless handoff to developers.

• Stay current on UX trends, tools, and best practices—and bring fresh thinking to the team.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience as a 50-50 UX/UI, Product, or Interaction Designer.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design across digital platforms.

• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.

• A solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility, responsive design, and user research.

• Experience designing for SaaS or complex web applications.

• Proven experience designing for AI-powered products.

• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate and enhance the overall design workflow.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• An empathetic mindset with a passion for improving user experiences.

• Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript for developer collaboration.

• Experience working in agile environments.

• Knowledge of tools like Pendo, Hotjar, FullStory, or GA4 for behavioral analytics.
