What You’ll Do

• Design clean, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces for digital products and internal tools

• Translate complex workflows and regulated data environments into accessible, human-centered experiences

• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems in Figma or equivalent tools

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and compliance to deliver aligned, usable outcomes

• Use research, data, and user feedback to iterate with speed and precision

• Deliver pixel-perfect, developer-ready assets with clear interaction guidance

• Contribute to brand-consistent visual language across platforms and touchpoints

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX, product design, or interaction design

• A strong portfolio of functional, user-centered digital designs

• Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with front-end handoff workflows

• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interface states

• Alignment with our values: urgency, ownership, accuracy, and teamwork

Minimum Qualifications

• Demonstrated success designing interfaces for web or mobile applications

• Ability to work independently, manage feedback, and meet deadlines

• Clear visual hierarchy, layout discipline, and interaction logic

• Comfort in agile teams and collaborative environments

• Strong communication skills and attention to technical detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in wellness, healthtech, or regulated industries

• Exposure to user research, usability testing, or analytics tools

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and developer tooling

• Experience building or maintaining design systems

• Track record of improving adoption, retention, or task efficiency
