Our client is a growing technology company currently undergoing an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. As they scale both their products and teams, they are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape intuitive user experiences and craft polished, consistent interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders across various teams
• Work alongside the lead designer to deliver user-centered digital experiences
• Create clean, consistent, and engaging UI designs with a strong attention to detail
• Contribute to and evolve design systems, components, and tokens in Figma
• Use advanced Figma features (variables, interactive components, properties, libraries) to build robust prototypes and design components
• Participate in UX activities, including wireframing, user flows, and lightweight user research
• Ensure high-quality implementation and smooth handoff to developers
• Iterate quickly in response to user and stakeholder feedback
• Bring structure and clarity to your design process while working independently or as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience designing digital products or interfaces
• Strong command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Figma, especially with design systems, variables, and advanced prototyping
• Strong visual and interaction design skills with a focus on detail and execution
• Familiarity with design tokens and preparing UI for developer handoff
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and foundational research methods
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
• Self-driven and organized, with a collaborative and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience creating or maintaining design systems
• Familiarity with usability testing or discovery research
• Interest in contributing to and shaping a growing design culture
