Location: Fully Remote Experience Level: Senior (6+ years)
Key Responsibilities:
Research Leadership: Provide strategic research direction to guide product decisions and align with project goals.
User Research: Plan and execute comprehensive user research including interviews, surveys, usability testing, card sorting, tree testing, and data analysis to inform product strategy and information design decisions.
Information Architecture: Design and optimize site structures, navigation systems, taxonomies, and content organization to ensure findability and intuitive user flows across digital platforms.
Research Operations: Establish and maintain research repositories, participant recruitment processes, and standardized research methodologies across teams.
Figma Expertise: Use Figma to create user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, sitemaps, and wireframes that communicate research insights and IA recommendations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and content strategists to translate research findings into actionable insights.
Innovation: Stay current with UX research methodologies, IA best practices, and leverage emerging tools to enhance research practices and information systems.
Knowledge Sharing: Present research findings, IA recommendations, and strategic insights through compelling presentations and documentation.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 6 years in UX research and/or information architecture, with a proven track record of impactful research projects.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in user research methodologies, information architecture design, and research-driven problem solving is mandatory.
Tools: Expertise in Figma for documentation and wireframing is essential; familiarity with research tools (e.g., UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, Maze) and analytics platforms is a plus.
