About the job

We’re looking for a UI/UX designer with a passion for creating beautiful, intuitive, and highly functional user experiences. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to design interfaces for complex fintech and crypto workflows that feel simple and engaging. If you’ve designed for fintech, crypto, or other fast-moving industries, that’s a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile platforms.

• Translate product requirements and user needs into wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

• Create and maintain a design system that ensures visual consistency and scalability.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and iterate on features.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.

• Ensure that designs are optimized for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness.

• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our product modern and delightful.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work for complex, data-rich applications or fast-paced industries like fintech or crypto.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.

• Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

• Ability to create prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, HTML/CSS) is a plus for effective collaboration.

• Basic understanding of web3 and blockchain concepts is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale.

• Self-starter mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, agile environment.

• A passion for creating elegant, intuitive, and impactful user experiences.
