The role

We’re looking for a UI focused Product Designer to help shape the next generation of our dating experience. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining how millions of people discover, connect, and build relationships online.

This isn’t just about building beautiful interfaces—it’s about designing interactions that feel natural, trustworthy, and human. You’ll lead end-to-end design initiatives, create systems that scale, and collaborate with a cross-functional team to turn insights into elegant, impactful experiences.

This role is remote from India and has a package of 24 - 60 LPA based on experience.

You will

• Define and drive the design experience for key areas of our platform—from onboarding and profile creation to in-app interactions and discovery.

• Translate user needs and business goals into innovative, intuitive design solutions.

• Lead the full design lifecycle: research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and delivery.

• Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to align on product vision and deliver measurable value.

• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and accessibility across mobile and web platforms.

• Use data, experimentation, and user feedback to iterate quickly and optimize for impact.

• Champion best practices in UX and visual design, mentoring junior designers and advocating for design excellence across the company.

• Incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility standards into every part of the product experience.

You Have

• 2+ Years of Mobile Product design experience, preferably in consumer tech or social platforms.

• Exceptional UI portfolio showcasing sleek mobile designs with end-to-end design thinking

• Expertise in interaction design, visual systems, and human-centered design principles.

• Proven experience designing for mobile-first experiences, with an understanding of both iOS and Android ecosystems.

• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).

• Strong collaboration skills—able to work fluidly with product, engineering, and research teams.

• Ability to translate complex problems into simple, beautiful experiences that users love.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—you can articulate your design rationale clearly to both peers and executives.

• Experience working in an Agile or fast-paced product environment.

• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in India on an ongoing basis.
