Role Overview

Globalco seeks a UI/UX Designer for its India office. The role requires a deep sense of usability, structure, and digital aesthetics. The selected designer will define and enhance interfaces for both internal tools and client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute interface designs aligned with product and business goals.
  Translate user requirements and analytics into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

• Develop interactive flows and responsive layouts consistent across devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity throughout implementation.
• Conduct usability testing and recommend precise design improvements.
• Maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
• Analyze feedback data to refine user journeys and overall product experience.
• Ensure accessibility compliance and intuitive visual hierarchy.
• Produce high-quality design assets under tight deadlines.
• Communicate design rationales effectively to stakeholders and developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  Proven experience in UI/UX or product design.

• Mastery of Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Understanding of front-end implementation (HTML, CSS, or React preferred).
• Excellent command of typography, color theory, and layout systems.
• Analytical mindset supported by an eye for precision and clarity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
