About Us
Help make physical AI a reality
We’re on a mission to democratize robotics by making physical AI real. At T-ROBOTICS, we build intelligent agents that interact with users through natural language and take control of robotic stations to meet their needs. We are firstly using this technology to create CNC tending robot solutions that are truly flexible and user-friendly. In the future, the sky is the limit.
Backed by top-tier VCs and built by a team with world-class engineers and deep industry roots, we're developing a product that bridges AI and industrial automation like never before. We're early, ambitious, and laser-focused on delivering real value to the market.
What We Value
Ownership – We take initiative, own outcomes, and always aim for our best work, because our customers count on it.
Pragmatism – We focus on solving real problems with lean, practical solutions that create value fast.
Boldness – We think big, move fast, and take smart risks to drive meaningful progress.
Candor – We speak openly, listen actively, and challenge each other to build better, together.
The role
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the core product workflows and UI of our platform.
You will:
Turn problem statements and requirements from Product into clear, usable flows and interfaces.
Design end to end experiences for operators, technicians, and engineers working with robots in the industry.
Run lean usability tests with real users and iterate quickly based on what you learn.
This is a hands on role. You will be the primary designer for the product and work very closely with Product Management, Engineering, and our field teams.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the long-term UX vision in a new field, industrial robotics, where design excellence and usability can redefine how people interact with machines.
Your impact will go beyond creating interfaces; you will help transform complex technology into simple, accessible, and trustworthy experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Product design and UX
Design end to end user journeys, flows, and interaction patterns for complex operator workflows.
Create low to high fidelity deliverables as needed: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
Translate problem statements, use cases, and constraints from Product and Engineering into concrete UX solutions.
Simplify complex information and physical digital workflows into interfaces that are intuitive for industrial users.
Usability and user understanding
Plan and run lean usability tests, including hands-on sessions with operators and technicians, remote or in person tests with interactive prototypes, and quick concept validation sessions.
Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and design changes.
Participate in customer visits and factory walkthroughs to understand the context of use.
Collaboration with Product and Engineering
Work closely with Product Management to understand problems, requirements, and priorities.
Partner with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, implemented with high quality, and iterated on after release.
Support clear, structured hand off of designs to engineering, including specifications and edge cases.
Participate in design reviews, backlog grooming, and planning where UX is impacted.
Design system and UX consistency
Help define and maintain a coherent visual language and interaction patterns for the product.
Create and document reusable components and patterns in collaboration with Engineering.
Identify inconsistencies and UX debt and propose pragmatic improvements.
Required skills and qualifications
4+ years experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer working on digital products, preferably B2B or complex tools.
Strong interaction and product design skills:
Comfortable designing complex, multi step workflows.
Able to work from rough requirements to clear, detailed flows and interfaces.
Solid UX craft:
Able to create clear information architecture, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy.
Confident in Figma or a similar modern design tool.
Experience running basic usability tests or user feedback sessions and iterating based on insights.
Comfortable working closely with engineers and shipping in an agile, iterative way.
High ownership and bias for action: you like to roll up your sleeves, ship, learn, and improve.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
What will differentiate you
Experience working on products in Industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing, or CNC.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries in production environments.
Experience working on control interfaces, configuration tools, or professional software for technical users.
Experience collaborating with distributed teams across time zones.
Additional language skills (Spanish, German, or Scandinavian languages).
Understanding of metal fabrication, CNC machines, or CAD/CAM software.
What you’ll get
Opportunity to shape the UX of a product that lives in the real world and affects how factories run.
A high impact role as the primary designer in a fast growing industrial robotics startup.
Competitive compensation, including salary and equity.
The opportunity to make usability a differentiator and redefine how humans interact with robots.
Collaboration with a world-class, mission-driven team at the frontier of AI and robotics.
Competitive salary and equity, with long-term growth potential.
