Summary

We are looking for a Head of Product Design at Fast. Come join and lead design team that is shaping a new, frictionless online purchasing experience.

Role

-Supervise and contribute to user experience flows from wireframe to implementation
-Collaboration with discipline leaders on the overall product roadmap
-Pitch concepts and present vision on product design to leadership, direct team and staff
-Document and create best practices and standards for product design
-Mentor and develop product design team
-Continuously evaluate new tools and trends and impart learnings to the team

Requirements

-4+ years experience as a Head of Design
-Experience managing product designers
-Prior hands on experience with both UI (Graphic Design) and UX
-Online portfolio of work
-Degree from an accredited art or design school
