About the Role

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating our visual identity across all brand touchpoints. Working closely with Marketing, Content, Product, and UX/UI teams, you will deliver high-quality visual assets that support campaigns, product launches, and digital experiences, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and contributing to the evolution of our visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, motion graphics, print materials.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all assets.
• Work closely with the marketing, content, and product design teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Contribute to evolving and maintaining our brand identity and visual standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to support visual aspects of user-facing digital products.
• Manage multiple design requests and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files and bring experiences to life through motion / micro-interactions.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and quality control to junior and mid-level designers, fostering a culture of creativity and professional growth.

• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a B2B or tech services environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills across web, digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and After Effects.
• Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and digital design principles.
• Experience working within brand guidelines to create compelling, on-brand designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively.
