Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user experience requirements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that clearly communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Develop user personas and user journey maps that guide the design process.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data to enhance user satisfaction.
• Ensure that all designs are in alignment with Hyphen's brand guidelines and design standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a technology or accounting-related environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process, highlighting your problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar programs.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
