Summary

The Quantitative UX Researcher will lead the development, management, and analysis of large‑scale tracking surveys that inform product and user experience decisions. This role requires deep expertise in quantitative research methods, survey design, and statistical analysis, along with the ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with five years of experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of experience in user experience research or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and analyze large‑scale tracking surveys, with a focus on longitudinal UX measurement.
  • Produce comprehensive research reports that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple research initiatives in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Generate insights that inform both ongoing product development and future research opportunities.
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making through rigorous quantitative methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant UX research experience, or Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or PhD with 2+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in R, particularly the Tidyverse ecosystem.
  • Experience in survey design, item development, and large‑scale data collection.
  • Strong foundation in statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, regressions, ANOVA, and t‑tests.
  • Hands‑on experience conducting primary research.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
  • Python coding experience is a plus.

Must‑Have Skills

  1. Advanced coding skills in R (Tidyverse).
  2. Survey design and item development expertise.
  3. Strong statistical analysis capabilities (descriptive, regression, ANOVA, t‑tests).

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

  1. Python programming experience.
  2. Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
  3. Hands‑on primary research experience.

Education & Certifications

Required: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant field such as Psychology, Statistics, Human‑Computer Interaction, or Social Sciences.
