About The Role:

A fast growing cybersecurity SaaS company in San Francisco is looking for a UX Designer that can scale with the team. You will work closely with product managers, fellow designers, and engineers to roll out a product-wide initiatives. You’ll bring your big-picture perspective and eye for detail to each new feature release to ensure a high-quality and consistent brand experience as the product evolves.

• Refine the user interface and brand experience through meticulous attention to detail, using your strong graphic design instincts for color, typography, layout, visual hierarchy and, of course, usability
• Rapidly ideate through white-boarding sessions, design mockups, and prototypes, knowing when to apply high-fidelity detail and when quick wireframes are sufficient to achieve your goals
• Ensure that our UI component library is well defined, implemented and maintained
• Work efficiently on multiple projects by using smart time management and honest communication to meet deliverables and manage expectations
• Advocate for and implement data-driven user-centric design decisions
• Be an integral part of a continuously evolving design team through your sharing of knowledge and personal thirst for learning and collaboration

About You:

• +2 years of experience in designing complex interfaces for enterprise SaaS or other B2B software
• A portfolio showcasing excellent product thinking, interface design and visual design skills
• Experience creating or working with a component-based design system
• Experience putting data to work using analytics tools like Pendo and Google Analytics in combination with direct user research
• Demonstrated experience balancing user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and roadmap timelines
• Proficient with Moqups, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar design tools
• A strong understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and JS that enables you to closely collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the best possible implementation of your design work
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements while maintaining high user experience and design standards
