Design and develop intuitive user interfaces and enriching user experiences for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
Maintain and update the design system and style guides to ensure consistency across different projects.
Stay informed on the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to integrate new techniques into the design process.
Analyze user behavior and metrics to continually enhance user experiences and meet project goals.
Effectively present design concepts and rationale to clients and team members for feedback and approval.
Participate in Agile development processes to align design work with project timelines and deliverables.
Support developers in implementing designs through the provision of detailed specifications and assets.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
Ability to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work and solutions.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across different teams.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
