We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to design the user experience and user interface for a modern digital platform. The ideal candidate will be able to transform complex workflows into intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly experiences, while also ensuring the design aligns with Saudi user expectations and cultural context.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end UX/UI for the platform, including dashboards, workflows, alerts, case management, and reporting interfaces.
- Translate business and technical requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Simplify complex workflows into clear and usable interfaces.
- Ensure the user experience reflects Saudi market preferences, cultural expectations, and local usability considerations.
- Design bilingual experiences that support Arabic and English, including right-to-left (RTL) design considerations where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and technical teams to align the design with overall platform objectives.
- Build consistent and scalable design components, patterns, and visual standards across the platform.
- Deliver modern, responsive, and developer-ready designs that support efficient implementation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web platforms, dashboards, or enterprise applications.
- Experience designing complex digital products, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, analytics, or operations-focused platforms.
- Strong understanding of user experience design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and polished UI screens.
- Solid understanding of dashboard usability, workflow design, and data-driven interfaces.
- Good awareness of Saudi culture and local user behavior, with the ability to reflect that in design decisions.
- Experience in Arabic-first or bilingual product design is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of RTL design best practices, accessibility, and enterprise-grade user experience standards.
- Experience designing for Saudi Arabia, GCC markets, or regulated enterprise environments.
