BBinalyze is hiringSenior Product Designer
🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Product Designer
🌍 Location: Turkiye
👥 Team: Product Development
Binalyze is an innovator in Cyber Investigation and Response Automation. In an environment where prevention alone is not enough, Binalyze delivers AIR — a browser-based investigation and response automation platform that strengthens cyber resilience by:
Delivering forensic-level visibility without complexity
Acting as a force multiplier for defenders through automation
Enabling seamless, borderless investigation
The Product Designer plays a critical role in shaping intuitive, efficient, and high-quality user experiences across Binalyze’s Automated Investigation and Incident Response platform. Working closely with product managers and engineers, the Product Designer transforms complex investigative workflows into clear, usable, and scalable product experiences.
Our products are used by security professionals and investigators to analyze complex data, conduct automated investigations, and respond to security incidents. The Product Designer helps ensure that these workflows are both powerful and easy to use by applying strong user experience design, interaction design, and visual design principles.
The Product Designer participates throughout the product lifecycle—from discovery and research to design and implementation—collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver impactful product improvements. They contribute to the evolution of our design system and ensure that our platform maintains a consistent, modern, and highly usable interface.
As part of our Product Engineering culture, the Product Designer is also comfortable working close to the implementation layer. Using modern tools and AI-assisted development workflows, they are able to apply UI improvements directly to the product when appropriate, reducing dependency on engineering teams for minor UI updates and accelerating product iteration.
+ What you’ll do
Understand investigator workflows and user needs within the Automated Investigation and Incident Response domain. The outcome will be user insights that guide product decisions and design direction.
Translate product requirements and user insights into clear user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs that guide product development.
Design intuitive experiences for complex investigative workflows, large datasets, and technical users. The result will be efficient and usable tools that help investigators work faster and more effectively.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—including discovery, ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
Design end-to-end product experiences including navigation structures, interaction patterns, dashboards, data visualizations, and investigation workflows.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from internal teams and customers to validate design decisions and continuously improve the product experience.
Contribute to building and maintaining a consistent design system that ensures UI consistency and scalability across the product.
Improve product usability by continuously refining interactions, layout, visual hierarchy, and interface details.
Apply UI improvements directly within the product when appropriate using modern AI-assisted tools and development workflows, enabling faster iteration and reducing engineering bottlenecks for UI-level changes.
Support a culture of collaboration and learning within the product development team, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality and design practices.
This role is grounded in an AI- and automation-first approach. Success includes leveraging available tools to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and collaborate with AI systems and agents as part of everyday work.
You will design, adapt, or participate in workflows that incorporate no-code/low-code platforms or intelligent agents (e.g. n8n, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code).
You’ll collaborate with team members to share automation best practices and help cultivate an AI-first team culture.
You’ll engage in continuous learning to improve fluency with emerging AI tools relevant to your role.
+ What you'll bring

Interest in working in a fast-growing company and contributing to the evolution of the product design function
