About the Role:

As a Lead UI/UX Artist, you will have the unique opportunity to define how design is done in the company. This is a true end-to-end role: from research, benchmarking, and testing, to designing and delivering beautiful, functional mobile experiences.

You will take ownership of the full design lifecycle and create impactful apps from scratch. You will deliver at all stages of UI design, from prototype/mockups to production-ready assets and views for integration to store assets. As well as owning and evolving the design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across products.

You will stay up to date with competitors to build benchmarks and the newest releases to identify opportunities and collaborate closely with Product and Development teams to design new features and updates that drive impact in our products.

About You:

Academic background:

• Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related design field.

Technical expertise:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Artist (end-to-end: from discovery to UI execution).

• You have an artistic eye for color and composition and the ability to produce any asset needed to develop top-quality views.

• Hands-on experience in mobile app design (iOS & Android).

• Experience participating in apps launched from scratch (ideally with millions of users or strong business impact).

Technical skills:

Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver production-ready assets.

Mastery of different types of asset creation is a must for this role:

• Bitmap assets (images, illustrations, icons)

• Vector assets (icons, logos, scalable UI elements)

• Hi-fi interactive prototypes

• Store assets (app screenshots & videos)

• Lottie animations (for micro-interactions)

Problem-solving and product focus:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.

• Eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.

Communication:

• Good level of spoken and written English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing.

Nice to Have:

Pluses that are needed occasionally:

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Video editing skills are a bonus.
