We’re Hiring: Creative Assistant (Part-Time, In-Person – Denver)

Fat Batter Ice Cream is looking for a Creative Assistant to join our team in Denver. This is a 20 hrs/week, in-person role for someone who loves blending creativity with execution.

You’ll work across design systems, digital operations, and social media, helping bring ideas to life and keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

• Write and maintain design system documentation (clear, structured, useful)

• Assist with website updates (product listings, flavor drops, content updates)

• Manage and post on social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• Help create content for social (captions, simple visuals, coordinating posts)

• Organize and manage digital assets and product content

• Collaborate on creative ideas, campaigns, and storytelling

• Support day-to-day tasks that keep the brand sharp and consistent

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing skills (clear, concise, structured)

• Comfortable with tools like Figma, CMS platforms (Wix preferred), Google Docs

• Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts

• Detail-oriented—you catch what others miss

• Able to switch between creative thinking and execution

• Interest in design systems, branding, or digital products

• Bonus: experience with ecommerce or content strategy
