Here at Mito we love creating clever things: full scale, end-to-end services ranging from brand strategy to digital development. At Mito Digital, we design and enhance core digital channels of enterprises, such as websites, mobile applications or kiosks - for clients from several industries all around the world. To help us deliver even more cutting edge UX/UI solutions, we’re looking for an experienced UX researcher, dedicated to one of our major clients.

What will be your tasks?

• Supporting a handful of product teams, with various roles (developers, testers, business owners) included. You should help everyone get closer to the user’s perspective - that’s something both end users and colleagues will appreciate.
• Help the UX/UI Designers to create the best possible experience based on your findings.
• Plan research activities: based on the business goals and the product roadmap you should be able to advocate the necessary research method to the product owner(s).
• Manage the user test platform, execute the planned research activities.
• Summarize the results and charm everyone in the room (or call) with your smooth and interesting presentation.

What do we expect from you?

• You should be comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrive on daily challenges. When we say fast, we really mean jet speed.
• That you prefer working in a team since most of these projects will be taken on collectively.
• Fluency in English 
• You have at least 2 years of experience (in the field, that is).
• You love what you do and look forward to challenges. Don’t worry, besides great team members we also have a neat little training system to support you in honing your skills.

Bonus points if you:

• Have a strong interest in UX/UI design and a good eye for it — any hands-on experience is even better.
• Have worked in an agile workplace
• Have experience with user testing platforms 
• Have outstanding presentation skills (remember the part about charming everybody?)
