Make is hiring UI/UX Product Designer

Resposibilities:

• Executing user experience, interaction and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Create interaction specifications and work with development in an agile-like fashion to create HTML and CSS-friendly designs
• Ability to address complex design problems and provide sound design solutions
• Collaborating on user experience designs with your team
• Creating user journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes,
  designing visual mockups and interactive prototypes as needed to simulate the experience
• Consulting and collaborating with Product Management and Engineering on designs, requirements, and strategies
• Conducting user interviews, designing and participating in usability tests with target users

Skills we are looking for:

• MUST have experience in shipping a product
• MUST have 2+ years of experience with Invision, Sketch, Adobe. Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,
• Experience with Zeplin (or willingness to learn it quickly) as we use it on an everyday basis
• Experience with Figma, Web fonts, A/B testing
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies
• Solid understanding of UX design principles
• Awareness of responsive design and accessibility
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience and deliverables (e.g. wireframes, prototypes, visual designs)
• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail

Minimum Requirements:

• Authorized to work in the US and will not require a visa sponsorship such as H1B in the future.
