Our goal is to make sure you’re in total control of your household bills — it’s easy to get lost in paper bills and different provider websites, so we created a better way.

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help us bring WonderBill to life. We’ve built a powerful infrastructure and are now looking for the right candidate to help take our bill management products to the next level. The role will involve the full design lifecycle of user research, ideation and design execution and require elements of information architecture,

interaction design and visual design. You should have experience with mobile apps and webs and be comfortable dealing with financial data.

This role will involve working alongside developers, product managers and other designers as part of an agile, collaborative product development process.

What will you be doing

To understand the wants and needs of our users through regular engagement

Translate initial thinking & data structure into product concepts

Ideate, explore and collaborate on wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups

and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and platforms

Help product development teams establish direction and vision

To provide a pathway to simplify complex business problems into a coherent, end-to-end customer experience;

Seek constant and prompt user validation through the product conception stages

Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new,

functions and features.

Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies

Who we’re looking for

Proven levels of experience within a UX/product design role with an emphasis on mobile

Comfortable working within an Agile development framework

Proven track record of shipping amazing products, on time with minimal bugs

Excellent standard of working with both web and mobile

Highly creative and analytical, can think objectively to consider the wider requirements of the business.

Excellent communication skills and able to demonstrate a clear approach to solving problems

A portfolio telling the story of previous projects you’ve worked on

Comfortable and experienced in presenting work to wider teams and adapting to feedback

Open and inclusive in your approach to UX and how you engage with those you work with Ideally, experience with CSS/HTML/JavaScript or prototyping tools
