We’re looking for a first, full-time designer to join and work closely with our small team of product and engineering.
You’ll get to work on product design (UX, UI), identity, and even marketing. A large part of the role is creating a familiar user experience across multiple clients applications (web, iOS, Android). You will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next great product innovation to .... You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills.

Requirements
- Sketch

- 3 years of industry experience in product design with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor's degree in a design discipline
- Desired not required: HTML/CSS
- Ability to design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Thorough knowledge and experience across a range of design approaches, methodologies and lo-fi & high-fi prototyping skills
- Strong written & verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
- Ability to define problems & goals, map user flows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process across different client platforms
- Believe in data-driven decision making
- Ability to manage and work on multiple projects concurrently
