UX/UI Designer

Blueroof360 is a real estate technology company located in Draper, Utah.! We're working to revolutionizing the online real estate industry. The right person for this position will already have a good idea of what we're looking for. You'll need to know your way around AdobeCC/Sketch/Invision, have great HTML/CSS knowledge, and be able to transform your creativity and mockups into clean and user-friendly solutions. You’ll be tasked with the UI/UX design and maintenance of our platform and website solutions.

The right person will also be a leader, responsible for managing a small team of designers. Creativity, and the ability to be a mentor to other designers, bringing out the best in other team members. We’re looking for someone who supports and fosters a positive work environment. No, Debbie Drowners (sorry if your name is Debbie – you’re still welcome here). But most importantly, we want someone who will like to push the limits and find solutions to problems.

Would We’d be super stoked if you had:

• Extensive knowledge of HTML+CSS
• Extensive knowledge with Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with version control, like GIT.
• Taking the lead for projects and knowing how to communicate your ideas and
• mockups with the development team.
• A Thing for Design AND Usability.
• Experience with Email Marketing
