UX/UI Designer

One Step provides technology and services to empower addiction rehabs and sober livings to provide a better experience to their patients. Close to 80% of people relapse after attending rehab, and we are on a mission to decrease this number.

We are looking for smart, scrappy, fun, empathetic, community driven individuals who are used to the fast paced nature of a startup. Each and every thing you work on will make a difference and impact our bottom line. There is no hierarchy and no micro-management.

Responsibilities:
You will lead product design, drive UX strategy and interaction design of the One Step mobile app for those in recovery from drugs & alcohol
Conduct user research and iterate on solutions to improve engagement and downloads of One Step

Requirements:
2+ years of professional experience as UX/UI Designer at a consumer app startup
Proficient in Sketch, Adobe CS, and InVision.
Exceptional communication skills and presentation skills.
A self-starter with an ability to excel in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
