We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team to help us enhance the user experience and ensure a very smooth user journey on our platform.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Collaborate with cross functional teams (product, marketing, technical teams) to design new user experiences and interfaces.

- Create wireframes for review with Product Team

- Conduct competitive analysis, user interviews, and develop customer personas to inform user-centric insights for final deliverables

- Create user stories to ensure software developers understand the business case and build optimal features

- Manage user experience initiatives that are undertaken by stakeholders

Must Haves

- 3-5yrs of experience in designing and building UI and UX in a consumer-facing environment from concept to deployment

- Experience in creating wireframes, designs, storyboards, user flows and process flows

- Exceptional visual design skills while prioritizing optimal user-system interaction

- Naturally organized, able to work autonomously, with the ability to quickly reprioritize projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

- Proven track record of working with engineering and product teams for design and product coordination

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audience

Nice to haves

- Skilled at delivering high fidelity visual assets using graphic and web design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Skilled at creating sitemaps or workflows and wireframes (e.g., using Axure, Balsamiq, Invision, Omnigraffle, Sketch or similar tool)

- Experience working with HTML5 / CSS3

- Proficiency working with JavaScript

- Experience with Agile Methodologies (e.g. Kanban)

- Experience of working in start-up environments

- Experience of working in ‘lean & rapid’ prototyping environments
