Juniper Networks is hiring Senior UX Designer

About the Position:

Juniper's AI Driven Enterprise is at the forefront of the next generation of AI-powered networks. We provide scalable cloud-managed wireless networks, intelligent network management across wired and wireless networks, and bluetooth-based location services for mobile apps.

To enable our continued growth and innovation, we are looking to add a talented and motivated User Experience Designer to the team. 

Responsibilities:

• deliver industry leading visual and interactive design for Mist UI products
• interact with product management, UI developers, customers, and QA team to ensure delivery of extraordinary user experience
• develop wireframes and high fidelity mockups for new product features
• analyze current user flows and identify opportunities for refinement
• present designs by way of design documentation, verbal presentations, and online meetings
• accept feedback and criticism, consider alternate points of view, advocate for your own vision for UX
• conduct user research to define and track UX success metrics

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in interaction and visual design for sophisticated web applications
• understanding of design fundamentals (information architecture, user research, interactive design, visual design)
• experience designing icons, data visualizations, animated transitions
• able to effectively communicate designs through design documents, presentations, clickable prototypes, whiteboard sketching
• comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapid iterations and agile processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Design or equivalent degree
• experience in wireless/wired networking domain
