YOUR MISSION

• Work closely with product teams to identify and prioritize research topics and questions
• Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research
• Execute usability research for both online as well as in the field
• Advocate research findings across the company
• Work together with product team and translate user insights into actionable recommendations

YOUR SKILLS

• General knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods, behavioural analysis, and statistics
• Hands-on experience in performing all research-related tasks (planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
• Moving quickly and efficiently in an agile product development cycle, delivering continuous insights through lean research practices.
• Good time-management skills and an independent way of working
• Fluent in English
