We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic UX Design Intern (Full Time) to:
- Work with the Design team by ideating, conceptualizing, and implementing UX solutions for digital platforms from a user’s perspective
- Craft design solutions to end customer problems detailing out workflows, user experience and system interactions for both internal and external end-users
- Audience Research based on perception of and ways we can improve physical touch-points like packaging and clinic experience through Design Thinking
- Conduct research interviews, usability testing, support research panel and manage insights repository
- Synthesise and present findings as actionable recommendations by creating journey maps, personas and empathy mapping to optimise marketing and sales funnel
- Deep dive into industry trends and analyzing end customer problems through data analysis, investigations and first hand research studies

- Have an affinity to technology and design thinking

- Proficient in Adobe Suite
