Senior Product Designer
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for owning the digital experience of a key product category. These hoteliers use our software to craft intricate business strategies in order to successfully sell hotel rooms through booking engines and online travel agents. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Product Owner, Principle Engineer and delivery teams to research, design and deliver user-focused products in an agile environment.
This role is best suited to an experienced and confident web designer with balanced UX and UI skills, who is comfortable with systems thinking as they are with customer-focused design.

As a Senior Product Designer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Research, design and delivery of user-focused products in an agile environment
- Proactively gaining in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry, user personas and various distribution systems used
- Conducting customer concept and validation testing with our global customer base
- Developing user journeys, wireframes, and hi-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Implementing UI based on our design system and extending it where needed
- Aligning with the broader company design direction and working closely with all design team members
- Presenting to and communicating with senior management and other stakeholders
The ideal candidate will possess:
- End to end product design experiencer. Excellent research, prototyping and UI skills: you’re as confident with UX as you are with UI.
- A strong entrepreneurial and curious mindset. You are obsessively customer focused. You proactively seek to deeply understand user problems and challenges, and translate this knowledge into a seamless, efficient user experience
- A talent for systems thinking. You seek to understand customer and business requirements, risks and constraints before starting on any solution
- You can see the big picture while remaining laser focused on details
- You feel as comfortable talking to customers as you do with stakeholders and team members
- The ability to distill complex requirements into easy to understand visual artefacts using design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Axure or Principle.
