This is where you come in! We’re looking for talented designers with diverse skills, specialties, backgrounds, and perspectives to join our rapidly-growing Product Design team. As a Senior Product Designer at Outreach, you’ll define the future of sales engagement for customers like Dropbox, Adobe, and Zendesk, for our market-leading sales engagement platform.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

    • Work with a highly adept team of Product and Engineering partners to advance core product capabilities and bring new insights that revolutionize how sales organizations conduct business
    • Craft industry-leading system architectures, user flows, scalable interaction models, workflows, and highly polished UI visuals
    • Partner closely with other designers and researchers to collaborate and iterate on solutions, and develop and expand product design systems
    • Present well-considered design strategies, concepts and prototypes, and communicate the underlying rationale with confidence to your team and company leadership
    • Balance customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints to ship win-win product improvements
    • Partner with our awesome researchers to identify qualitative and quantitative data-driven insights to support your concept work, and to conduct customer interviews and usability studies to evaluate proposed solutions
    • Become an expert in how sales professionals, teams, and organizations engage their customers with Outreach to exponentially accelerate sales workflows
    • Help us co-create a vibrant inclusive design culture focused on mutual support and continuous improvement

Basic Requirements

    • Have a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating design concepts, customer journeys, simple and elegant visual UI designs, and specifying interaction details that solve clearly defined customer problems
    • Have experience leading design for a major feature area or vertical, and are confident in bringing a strong and well-informed point of view to the product team
    • Are skilled in presenting and explaining your work, process, decisions, and rationale to cross-functional stakeholders and proactively seek feedback to deliver world-class design solutions
    • Skillfully gauge and adjust your process and deliverable fidelity for proposed solutions to meet the objectives. Including: early vision, conceptual work, information architecture, low fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, detailed visual design, and design specifications
    • Are enthusiastic working within cross-functional agile teams where collaboration and idea generation are part of the daily rhythm
    • Have experience participating in and delivering UX research activities
    • Are a systems thinker and are able to utilize, curate, and extend shared patterns and behaviors. You can also transform complex design problems into elegant solutions
    • Are passionate about the details and are excited to keep pushing your work until it’s pixel-perfect and world class
    • Are uncompromisingly service-minded and anticipate the needs of customers and colleagues with empathy
    • You communicate clearly and succinctly, both in written and verbal form, to various audiences across the business
    • You have an inclusive, transparent collaboration style and good stakeholder management skills. Bonus points for experience collaborating with distributed teams across timezones
