YOUR MISSION

  • Reporting to the Lead UX/ UI Designer
  • Elaborate on Design System hands-on experience
  • Craft exceptional user flows, interfaces and exciting digital journeys
  • Advocate for UX best practices, always have them in mind when designing
  • Contribute to Design Thinking Workshops and Design methodology
  • Think outside the box with brand vision to different interfaces and products
  • Work closely with UX Research team in a user centric and data driven mindset
  • Proactively generate ideas to improve usability, conversion and accessibility
  • Hands-on wireframing and prototyping to help test and playback findings
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
  • Collaborate in cross-functional scrum teams designing various aspects to create something bigger for the future 
  • Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices and tooling

 

YOUR SKILLS

  • 2-3 years of proven track of experience as a UX/UI Designer (Product, Startups, other Creative backgrounds appreciated)
  • Experience with UX (wireframing, flows, sitemap, Information Architecture) UI and Visual design (UX Research would be a huge plus)
  • Enjoy using Figma (main tool), Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools (Miro, Diagrams, Mural, …)
  • You’re familiar and aware of the Design System and Modular Assets approach and atomic design (you’ve collaborated on some design systems in the past within the team
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS and CMS)
  • Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
