If you’re a passionate designer wanting to start or expand your career, Service NSW is ideal.
Right now, we’re recruiting Senior Product Designers and have multiple permanent and fixed term roles available.
As a Senior Product Designer at Service NSW, you’ll:
- maintain a customer-centric approach by supporting end-to-end product design through discovery, framing, iterative development and delivery
- collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and create innovative solutions that align customer expectations with product capability
- ·overcome technical and prioritisation challenges by supporting best practice methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time
- maintain knowledge of relevant industry trends and challenges to identify, recommend and deliver innovative solutions that optimise Government product outcomes
- ensure designs are reusable and consistent by championing andcontributing to, the Service NSW Global Experience Language (GEL) design components and patterns
- provide guidance to more junior designers and support them in reaching their development goals
- balance competing demands, ensuring project timelines are met and product deliverables achieved.

Salary
SNSW 9/10 Starting salary from $112,141 plus superannuation and leave loading
