At Plastiq, you will:

    • Develop interview guides, surveys, usability tests, and additional content
    • Collaborate cross functionally with Design, Product, Marketing, and more
    • Incorporate complex technical and business requirements into your research
    • Work with and leverage data analytics to focus efforts and actionable insights
    • Organize, communicate, and archive information so it is accessible to stakeholders
    • Enable other team members to execute and improve their own research-related practices
    • Build internal frameworks and toolkits as the foundation for a research organization

You have:

    • 5+ years of experience in research (academic, technical, and UX research applicable) including experience leading research efforts
    • A background and/or degree in Anthropology, Sociology, HCI, or related fields
    • Deep familiarity with common research methodologies and tools
    • Demonstrated ability to drive business and product decisions based on research findings
    • A self-starter attitude to work autonomously, but also solicit feedback and proactively bring together stakeholders
    • Ability to use research tools like usertesting.com, surveymonkey, as well as stitch together basic prototypes from existing designs in Figma
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
    • The personality to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, value constructive feedback, and adapt on the fly
    • Bonus points for experience, knowledge, and passion for finance, fintech, or small business
