In Visor.ai, we help big companies to automate interactions with their customers using Artificial Intelligence and Chatbots.

Founded in 2016, with very consistent growth over the years, we’re working with dozens of clients from different sectors like Banks, Insurance Companies, Utilities, the Public Sector, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, etc. Our team is based in Lisbon and we are currently expanding to other countries.

We are in an intense growth phase, and we want to integrate a Digital Product Designer on our team. You'll help to define the web-based product experience across all our frameworks, partnering with the Product Director and other cross teams, research, and engineering to make sure we continue to create, improve and innovate our product and brand.

🎯Responsibilities

• You’ll be in charge of ensuring that the customers’ journey is seamless regardless their expectations and product solutions reporting to the Product Director and CTO while collaborating with Visor.ai leads and engineers;

• You’ll take part and moderate discussions of product strategies within the different teams;

• Support in building product and a plan backlog of changes for the product that's aligned with the development team and coordinate implementation;

• Research and Analyse trending products on the market to understand changing user expectations;

• Within the information gathered from Visor.ai teams and partners, determine and design guidelines working with UI designer;

• Design prototypes and test their usability with end-users;

• Conduct Qualitative and quantitative tests for requirement gathering.

✔️Requirements

• 3+ years working as a Product Designer, User Experience Designer or similar with SaaS products;

• BSc/MSc in Product Design or relevant field;

• Metric-driven mindset, working towards strategic product objectives;

• Flowed the User-Centered Design Process within Digital product projects

• Solid understanding of usability heuristics & design principles (balance, hierarchy, harmony, contrast, emphasis, repetition, pattern, rhythm, motion);

• Prepare wireframes, flow maps, information architecture, lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, and implementation-ready designs;

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a diligent, autonomous, can-do attitude;

• Expert command of one of the following prototyping and design tools such as: Balsamiq, Figma, Sketch, Abstract, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, whiteboard, pen and paper;

• Clear verbal and written communication, including UX writing;

• Excellent command of Portuguese and English (C1 level as a minimum);

• Experience collaborating closely with Team Leader, developers, designers, and other team members;

• Proactiveness and autonomy;

• Time-management skills;

• Adaptability.
