Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for an experienced UX writer to support the development, adoption and usage of the Klarna payment methods in the UK. Together with UX researchers, designers, analysts, and engineers, you will explore and iterate on the Klarna payments journey from end to end.
What you will do
- Own the UX writing vision, best practices and execution for building a compelling and clear messaging for your products
- Collaborate with designers, product owners and developers to ensure that the product conveys the right tone and context in the entire experience
- Continually test and improve our products by designing UX research experiments in collaboration with product designers and researchers
- Dig into quantitative and qualitative data to discover opportunities to improve the user experience through content
You should have
- 3+ years experience working in UX writing and content design for digital products, apps or websites
- Experience working with global products
- Native-level UK English competence
- Great understanding of design process, usability and UX best practices
- A solid track record of stakeholder engagement
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative UX research, for example, designing and evaluating experiments, applying learnings to the product experience
- Experience working with global products
- A passion for working in a fast-paced environment together with people from all types of backgrounds - from engineers and UX designers to marketeers and analysts
- A data-driven approach to your work and you aren’t afraid to start over from scratch
- Experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar product design tools
