UI/UX Designer

BACKBONE Athens is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be required to analyze and design cutting edge websites, great looking mobile applications as well as branded content for our international clients.

You will collaborate closely with account managers, developers and marketeers in order to achieve the best possible visual solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with developers, account managers and marketeers to develop appropriate design solutions
• Participate in new business pitches
• Participate in client briefings and discovery sessions
• Engage in project QA to ensure design specifications are being maintained in final solution

• Degree in digital design or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 4 years experience
• Good understanding of UI / UX design trends
• Ability to develop wireframes, mock-ups and design specifications as needed
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Ability to create and further develop design processes / systems
• Keen typographic, layout and design skills
• Proven experience of designing for web and mobile solutions (portfolio)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced team environment
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision and other design prototyping tools
• English language fluency (verbal / written)
