About the Role

At Justos, you’ll work answering questions and influencing product decisions by providing insights about our users; their needs and goals; how products and features might be built to meet them; and how well our products and services are working. You'll conduct studies for existing and future products, as well as evaluate the impact on current product changes. 

Responsibilities

    • Work across teams to identify key research questions, and address them through qualitative and quantitative methods;
    • Collaborate with product, design, CX, business, and engineers to drive user-centric decisions on our product strategy;
    • Synthesize and communicate research findings to advise business decisions and strategic plans through presentations, reports, workshops, and any other approach you find relevant.

Requirements

    • 2+ years of proven experience in UX Research (Qualitative and Quantitative methods);
    • Experience in applying research to digital products and services;
    • Excellent team player, communicator and facilitator who enjoys working with others;
    • Excited to work on a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment;
    • Proficiency in English (needed for communications with world-wide coworkers and for internal materials).
